Planes "often" land at Fossil Bluff or Sky Blu .... why not all the time?

Xilex pointed out that the UK website uses the word "often" in their
description of the flight from Rothera to Halley.
quote
"Halley is approximately eight hours flying time from Rothera,
often via Fossil Bluff or Sky-Blu Field Stations to refuel."

Xilex comments "One plane, one distance…surely it either needs to refuel or it doesn’t.".

Rick says-- Maybe they refuel "often" at
FB or SB but NOT ALL THE TIME because PERHAPS SOMETIMES they refuel ELSEWHERE
at hidden / secret refueling depots. I've found accounts where one nation "steals"
fuel from another nation's depot-- so they do not reveal where the depots are.
Most fuel depot accounts are related to "deep field" missions on the interior but
it's quite possible there are numerous hidden fuel depots around the perimeter.
One thing is CERTAIN-- there ARE numerous fuel depots that remain
UNMARKED. These are perfect for part of a cover-up of true distance if the perimeter
is 60,000 miles instead of 14,000 miles, consistent with a flat earth.

Hi, I'm Captain Rick of the Virtual Circumference Voyage of Antarctica. I intend to prove definitively if Earth is flat or a sphere by paying careful attention to how many miles we cover as we travel "around" Antarctica. Flat earth theory says it's 50-60,000 miles. Spherical Earth theory says it 14,000 miles. Join me and ask any questions that you think would help our mission.
